IES combustors are not only designed to reach the highest waste gas destruction efficiencies, but are also designed with operator safety and ease of maintenance as the highest priorities.  The three panels of large flame cells are hinged, opening to the outside, allowing for easy external cleaning, maintenance and inspection.  The IES proprietary burner rails, integrated knock out pots, and air/fuel mixer designs are modular and field-replaceable.  All main components are removable and accessible from the outside of the combustor for safe and easy inspection or maintenance.

All IES combustors are designed to be easy to install and maintain.  All components including the burner rails, integrated knock out pots, air cells and even the stacks are field replaceable.  The large air cells are hinged and open to the internal components such as burner rail assemblies for simple and safe external inspection - no confined space!  The burner rails can easily be removed from the outside of the combustor and replaced.  This comes in handy when larger or smaller orifice sizes are need to tune the combustor to a specific location or changing conditions.  The integrated knock out pots are designed to keep dense gas in equilibrium with the vapor state, allowing for more efficient combustion of higher btu gasses.

**IES Combustors can burn efficiently at very low pressures, however, for best results we recommend feed pressures at or  above 2 osi.
